Support paint progress is well underway. Most of them will be black but funnily enough the lift hill columns are now being painted an entirely separate red-orange. The test splotch was first sighted elsewhere on the supports in June.

Except it won't be anything like as good as either of them.

Here's the thing. I like the name, I think it sounds cool, and it fits with the theme of Jungle X-Pedition, but if only this was not an hour away from Pantheon. And I think they should've made the supports for the lift black as well. Looks kinda odd being orange. Other than that, I'm happy! When we first got news of the contract ending, I was very upset. I'm still upset about Carowinds, but Kings Dominion has redeemed themselves!

I kind of hate 'Pantherian'. It's so pedestrian and meaningless. Even 'Panther 305' would've been much better.

Someone explain to me why this name is terrible WITHOUT using Pantheon as a crutch.

“-ian” in Greek means “from, related to or like” meaning the name is “Panther like”

Which is exactly what the ride is like with speed, agility.

Way better than “(RandomWord) 305” or incorporating 305 anywhere in the name

And the new color scheme's simply gorgeous!

Is the 70-degree tilting of the whole coaster part of the retheme too? So that the lift hill is beyond vertical and the first drop roughly parallel with the ground?
