What's new

Seen But Never Been??

Off the top of my head.... I can only think of the new Coney Island stuff.. Luna Pack and Scream Zone. I've seen them from planes but haven't been back to Coney since they opened.

I've been outside Kids 'n Action - http://rcdb.com/5909.htm - But myself and the two others I was with couldn't even get in the door :p

...and there's been a few "parks" with just kiddie coasters I've been to but not been on their coasters... So I'm not sure if it counts or not because technically I *was* there.
http://rcdb.com/6277.htm - Birthday World
http://rcdb.com/5665.htm - Celebration Station
http://rcdb.com/5617.htm - Cobra Adventure Park
and
http://rcdb.com/6249.htm - Sam's Fun City (although I did go on flatrides here)

Drove around Kentucky Kingdom during the off season about 6 or 7 years ago.

Drove past SeaWorld San Antonio (only had 1 night in the city, chose Fiesta Texas).

Drove past the casino with the hyper in Nevada (El Desperado?) it was like 2 in the AM.

Drove past Cliffs in New Mexico (they were closed on Tuesdays, I drove through the city on a Tuesday :( )

Drove past Marineland (not enough time on vacation).

Drove past Alabama Adventure multiple times, wish I would have stopped once now dammit.

Drove by Carowinds about 4 times on trips to Florida before finally going back in March. Other than Afterburn, I could've kept driving by.

Boondocks in South Dakota is the only one I can think of, but I'm not sure it was open for business yet. I know for certain that it was out of season, regardless.

- Geiselwind: We past it in 2001 (filming it's skyline from the car) first visit in 2006

- Bobbejaanland: We went to it's entrance in 2001 (when it's Looping Star was still operating and located right by the entrance) but only to pick up a park brochure - first visit in 2004

Went to Florida just to go to IOA and Magic Kingdom, so passed Seaworld, Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom, And Epcot. If I go back to florida, then I'm hitting Seaworld and Universal Studios. And if I can travel a bit further, then BGTB.

Only Carowinds, unless you count waterparks, in which case I've been past bunches, yet I've only ever been to Blizzard Beach

Drove past Ghost Town in the Sky, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and Kentucky Kingdom. Kentucky Kingdom was the most recent.

Saw this and thought "hey I posted something like this two years ago!". Glad to see the topic is still alive.

All of the Vegas rides (on the strip)

I also drive by Dutch Wonderland and Kings Dominion all of the time, but I've managed to go to each of them once. So I can say that I've seen but never ridden intimidator.

Also I go to school in Pittsburgh and on my way in I get pretty close to Kennywood, but I have never seen the park.

I've driven by Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, the park near Niagara Falls, and one of the smaller parks off of I-Drive in Orlando (can't remember which one).

I've flown over Six Flags Over Texas and Six Flags Great Adventure.

Oh, and I saw a couple of the Vegas coasters from my plane window due to a quick layover without a plane change.

Fun Stop, NASCAR Speedpark, SeaWorld Orlando, Fun Spot Kissimmee, Olde Town, Waterville USA, Universal Studios Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Fun Spot Orlando, Sam's Fun City, Beech Bend, Coney Island, Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, and Memphis Kiddie Park...I am a very, very dull person :p

Adventure Island when stopping over at Marc & Marks. Got there late Sunday night before heading out to a five day coaster trip to Spain with Mark, Hoyer and Rob. Couldn't be arsed getting creds... wanted a kebab and sleep haha.

Forgot about these:

Wonder Rakutenchi was closed the day I was Beppu and I saw Onokoro from my ship as we were pulling in and out of Himeji.

I drove by a Six Flags park somewhere between Madison, Wis and Chicago, while on a family trip. I think that's the only major park I've seen but not entered. There are a bunch of Kid's parks I've driven by (not sure any of 'em had coasters,

Drive past Billing Aquadrome and Gullivers MK quite a lot, going Gullivers next year though.
Went past a couple of small parks in Portugal - Aquashow & Zoomarine
Been past Paultons twice i think, but was a while ago.
My Dad lives no more than 15 minutes from Milky Way but never been, will go Sept this year.

Carowinds and Kings Dominion, both driving by on family trips while I was younger. Cause of course, you know I would've stopped if it were just me :p

Does Disney count? I've been to Orlando several times but only been to Uni and SeaWorld.
