These are a new design of 3x2 cars made specifically for Disney, emulating the newer-generation trains. Villains Land at Magic Kingdom is also poised to use this.
The text on the clearance envelope is “能力越大，责任越大，速度越快，测试越慢”, which in English means “With great power comes great responsibility, with great speed comes slow testing”
