Might as well make a thread for this while it's still a rumor.

After a rather disastrous earnings report from Six Flags due to... err, the new strategy, Selim Bassoul made a full 180 and stated that they would restart capital investment at their parks again. New rides and coasters, pronto. This initiative meant sending out a team to IAAPA Orlando the other day, where they announced that they'd signed deals with various manufacturers, including Proslide and WhiteWater West. Chief among these were confirmations that "coaster-sized" plans were coming together with Skyline Attractions; https://www.linkedin.com/posts/six-flags_iaapa2022-sixflags-activity-6998716518461034496-iohY

Now, during that time there was word floating around on the show floor that Skyline had made a deal to sell two P'Sghetti Bowl units into the United States, both of which were targeted to open by Memorial Day 2023. The European Coaster Club also mentioned that both of these were the E&F Racing Units;

As questions began to circulate of their destinations, Jeffrey Siebert from Fiesta Texas was quick to shout out Six Flag's Linkedin post. Over the past couple days he's dropped two separate #SFFT2023 teasers, and now a December 10 announcement date;
Don't forget that last line...

Ill add on to this since this is kinda the rumor mill thread for these coasters, the two other parks that are rumored for the other are SFOG and SFA.

Good idea actually, changed the thread title to accommodate both.

If I had to make a broad guess for what Six Flags parks would be game for a last-minute kiddy coaster next year, they would be Six Flags St. Louis, SFA, SFNE, and SFGAM. SFOG, Great Escape, and Frontier City are good secondary guesses. Then again, if not for Jeffrey's antics I would have never put SFFT as a strong contender, so idk.

Wow, SFFT has been getting a lot of love lately. If this is added that would me that since 2018 they've have gotten 3 new coasters including a B&M, a massive new flat, and an extensive retheme of Poltergeist. That will have just been in the past 5 years! If this does turn out to be a racing coaster that would be awesome and would add another fantastic family coaster to their line up.

How does their claim of having the world's first single rail racing coaster stack up to Desmo Race?

Granted, that abomination rarely works as it should, and even when it does it's a bit crap, but it races and has only one rail.

You forget that Desmo Race isn't in North America, and therefore outside of "the world".

Ahh marketing ploys. This one is actually fairly easy though.

Desmo Race is not considered a true coaster by lots of people since it is powered, so it's easy to pull the "first" argument. And if that's not sufficient, Desmo Race is hardly single rail. It's bi-rail turned sideways:

EDIT: @The_bullgod beat me to it.
