I agree. It looks like a prototype you'd see on the yard outside the factory, not something that would actually make it into a park. The problem is, the rest doesn't look good.
I wish I liked this, but the rest of the ride itself looks quite poor. The supports look messy, the large concrete pad, the sporadic electrical boxes... the screens do not take away from the poor elements.
If the rest of the ride was aesthetically pleasing, it would be a different story.
Scott's flying there tomorrow to film the coaster. He contacted the park and they said the parts didn't align, but it's already been repaired. He's still on for filming. SkylineOops:

As this coaster is now publicly operational, mods feel free to unsticky
But how can you mess up a kid's coaster? The SkylineAttractions saga continues... maybe SF can get Zamperla to redo Kid Flash xDMonday there were engineers from SF and the manufacturer on site and they looked at parts with expressions as they didn't have a clue why it didn't works. I know SF wanting to be patriotic with an US made coaster - but hope SF gets a good discount on this. Like with Boeing air- and spacecraft this looks like the current state of US engineering.
They could've got a Gerstlauer or Vekoma family coaster...
