Six Flags Over Texas | Unknown | B&M Dive Coaster | 2026

Track started to arrive almost 3 months ago and it hasn't gone vertical yet. Lead me to ponder how common this is. Keeping the manufacturing plant clear and sending to available space at is destination makes total sense. Epic did this for a brand new park. Is this common for an open parks new attraction (that actually gets built)? Perhaps another indication to how massive the guage is I haven't fully appreciated in the pictures.

According to Jeff Siebert, the regional manager, vertical construction should begin in September.

So are we thinking… 305ft tall and 2,163ft long?

2,163ft seems too short for a coaster that’s that tall with more than one alleged high point; Oblivion’s drop is only 180ft with a 65ft lift hill, and that ride manages 1,222ft, so I think even an Oblivion-style one drop wonder would be the better part of that length (2,163ft) at 300ft+ tall.

3,612ft (the same numbers in reverse) seems a bit more logical, in my view.

My guess would be if anything it is 21 seats per train with three trains so 63 total seats. Or has it been confirmed somewhere this is the 8 (or 10) across seats? What catches my eye is the clock with the hand pointed at the V... 5 inversions?

With how massive the track is, I’d be surprised if we aren’t looking at a wide Dive Coaster like Yukon Striker and Valravn.

The narrow gauge Dive Coasters like Iron Menace et al tend to be below 200ft, on the whole.

The 2196 is in meters, which would be 7096 ft. The clock reads 9:25, the date of the announcement. The thermometer on the right reads 103°, which would be the drop angle. The diver is obviously for Dive Coaster. The bull and Spanish flag have to do with theming. I'm not sure what the man in the suit is about.

The clock represents the date of the official announcement- 9:25.

What makes you feel the number is in metres, out of curiosity?

Given that this is the US, where everything is measured in imperial, I’d be surprised if they teased a statistic in metric units.

I'm going to amend my previous statement. The 2163 is actually Husain Bolts bib number from the 08 Olympics. Robert Wadlow is the man in suit. Tallest and fastest Dive Coaster.
