I feel like going through the cost and effort of retracking a damn standard layout Maurer spinner is a bit silly, it'd seem like a better return on investment to try to get Maurer to modify it somehow to allow for multi-car trains (if Maurer couldn't just put linkages between three cars and call it a day) or invest in a completely refurbished Crush's coaster with another higher capacity system from Mack or whoever. Have those guests in the park spending their cash instead of queuing for this thing.

The heat wave has made it to the Netherlands and now parks like Walibi Holland and Drievliet have announced they’re remaining shut tomorrow.A heat wave is currently making its way through northern France, causing major issues at the parks. With temperatures reaching 39 degrees celsius, many of Disneyland Paris’s outdoor attractions shut down around 1:30 P.M today and remained closed until past seven in the evening. With the heat expected to last for the rest of the week, the resort has decided to close down certain food outlets for the safety of their staff, and outdoor entertainment such as parades will not feature costumed characters for the time being.

Meanwhile, Parc Saint Paul has decided to close its gates until Friday at minimum due to guest safety. The park already closed a few food outlets over the weekend as the heat rolled in, and now the park has made the call to not operate at all in the hopes that cooler weather rolls in by Saturday.

Not the best photo but construction of the odd new coaster at Suôí Tiên Park in Vietnam is well underway, installation of what appears to be a seesaw track section is now complete.

I am shocked I haven't seen this posted on any of the forums and I just saw this myself today.
The new Intamin Copy of Deno's WonderWheel in Korea had an accident. It seems the car completely detached itself from the rails and fell into the wheel.
Fortunately the carriage was empty.

Tokyo Dome City is now set to reopen on 3rd of August (next Monday).Seems like the entire park including Thunder Dolphin will be closed indefinitely, at least until the end of June as of now.

A fire broke out at Gardaland earlier today in the Western area underneath Raptor. Apparently a structure under refurbishment ignited under unknown circumstances and caused visible damage, but not enough to cause the park to be evacuated, and the fire was put out by emergency responders shortly after. Raptor remains shut as of this writing and it’s unknown if the fire caused any damage to the coaster.

Argentine group Fenix Entertainment will take over the park, as its original parent company, which founded it in 1974, navigates bankruptcy proceedings. The park will remain closed for the next two months to prepare for reopening in October, with about half the attractions operational. The park is looking to be fully operational by March 2027.
