It's because Daxter is a PSP game. I thought you mentioned it because you'd bought it :lol:

The thing with the store reductions for PSP games is that you can usually get a second hand copy of the physical UMD for less. In fact, You can get a lot of them brand new for less. In the sales I've found both God of War and Locoroco 2 cheaper in sale bins :lol:

Of course, doesn't help if you plumped for the PSP Go! :)

I found Dante's Inferno to be a God of War wannabe. It's got a lot of style, but it was just pretty much of a muchness. Bayonetta is Devil May Cry, and has so much more style. Bayonetta is a no brainer haircoat and no knickers action game. The mechanics work really well and it's so enjoyable to pull off combos and do things like create a guillotine to behead your opponents :)

DI was just "walk here, hack, hack, hack. Walk there hack, hack, hack". It's got some great effects and it looks nice, it was just a little bland :)

Actually I like it for the "Time to go Vroom" Line and the music that follows. Makes me lol.

the boobs are just an added bonus.

Warhawk is the best online game I've played on my PS3 by a country mile. The whole presentation of it, the huge, huge variations in how you could play the game just meant there was so much variety in each game. Hmmm what to be today. **** it let's be a pilot? Nah forget that, I'll grab a tank. Nah actually I'll roll with a jetpack. Actually I'll just use the anti-aircraft turrets. You know what, I'll snipe. Nah that's silly, I'll use the troop weapons. Ahhh **** it, I'll use the 4x4s. The variety just makes the game immense, even now you can pick it up and play, and as long as you've played it for an hour or two before you can do relatively well.

MW2 is awful, the maps are designed awfully, campers just sit around with HBS and shotguns near doorways to get Nukes. It's just, such a downgrade on COD4 which was nothing special in itself.

And MAG is just poor, I played it again earlier and just couldn't stand it, it just plays so sluggish, maybe it's the scale of the game but it just dragged through.

Just found a really good series of videos comparing both PS3 and Xbox 360 to find out which is the best. It's certainly the most accurate, fair and interesting one I've seen and is also up to date as well.

The thing with MW2 is they've included them bloody titles and emblems... if theres one thing I love doing in games is collecting everything available so I'm hooked at that (which of course is making me Prestige) but I think 1000 headshots with every weapon is a bit extreme.

Annoying thing about MW2? Such a popular game it has **** loads of annoying kids sending me messages of abuse when I beat them, or one the other day threatening to come round my house and kick my ****ing head in because I killed him in S&D... :roll:
 
^Lol. I don't get any of that. I'm playing it now and just got a 32-2-4 match win on Airport. Absolutely annihilated the other team. :
 
I had one and his message was "Stop ****ing glitching with your signal you bitch prick. Also get a ****ing life you ****ing moron!" .... I was like wow? me get a life? Looks whos getting so worked up about a game haha!
 
lol, I'm so over MW2 online now, it's just full of tards. That and I do kinda suck at it.

I finished Ghostbusters the other day. It's good, but, seriously flawed at points. The characters keep repeating exactly the same thing over and over again in game, and it gets SERIOUSLY easy after about level 3. I mean, the first few I kept dying, and then suddenly didn't die again at all. It was lame. And it's fairly repetitive and quite short. But, it's a lot of fun. So 7/10.

The last SMT game I needed for Ps2. Now I just have to wait till Strange Journey is released in america and import it.

For those not in the know, today there will be 100,000 Modnation Racer Betas released on the Playstation Store.

It's Mario Kart crossed with Little Big Planet. So Kart Racer, but you have complete editing tools for tracks, cars and racers. Looks like my cup of tea (I like racers, hate platformers so LBP never worked for me).

Anyway, the 100,000 beta copies are to download from the Store at some time today. When the 100,000 are taken, they're gone forever - sold out. SO you'll need to be on the ball to grab it.

I like the look of the game and the idea, but the proof is always in the final gameplay. So I'm looking forward to getting a chance to play with it :)

If you had a PSP, you could use the Remote access feature and do it from anywhere :p
 
My nephew has a PSP but I've never really looked into that Remote Access thing, I'd need to be a Wi-fi area with the PSP? Which is also something my work lacks in...
