Nice job Ben, Jordan. How about if you're counting, normal members who joined before 2010 can post after even numbers, and those after 2010 can post after odd numbers. Fair?

^We're doing 'If you joined on an even year, you can post after an even number' and vice versa for odds.

Also, the user restrictions are now valid, as the staff have made it up to 10 once again. When the staff are counting, users who joined on an even year can only post after even numbers, and those who joined on an odd year can only post after odd numbers.

Yes, the restrictions only apply when the other "team" is counting. Like when Ben/Jordan were counting, they were both on the Soc. Media team, and it doesn't matter.
