The IP thing came up because the font is IDENTICAL to the Gears of War logo and there was emphasis on the word 'war', and the locust/swam comments were made as potential sopporting factors.

I suspected it would have been announced by now if it were going to be franchised, but I thought I'd ask to gather others' thoughts - I'm certainly not hoping it is going to be or trying to say it is.

I do hope they get sued by the game's makers though, quoting the exact phrases Merlin used when they threatened legal action against someone calling a ferris wheel in India an 'Eye'.

what ??? so its lift hill is already half way up with track, construction is moving faster than I expected it to

It's moving faster then everyone expected.

Bare in mind once the footers are in place, it's more or less a giant mecano. So just needs screwing in <3

I did think the lift hill was going up soon...
and just saying, Try and get a picture from stealth, it will give a nice view of the angle of the lift..

And by golly that is tall! It's not even at the 100ft mark (the other support for the zero-g) and it looks tall.

This is the UK remember, so just seeing a coaster above trees is a moment to savour!
