Thorpe Park visit - a quick review

I had not been for quite a while, and though the visit was supposed to be in May, that had to be postponed yet again...
Still I made it on a gloriously sunny day, after days of much rain and wind. I was hopeful, but not certain at getting my Hyperia cred. (Cred review posted)
Waiting at one of the early arrival areas, all visible coasters were testing nicely. By midday I had ridden all of them bar Saw. Well done Thorpe Park.
Minus points for the queue line on Hyperia - ordinary queue line crosses over single rider and merges into fast pass lane, and single rider queue crosses over ordinary queue line to climb the right hand of the steps. TBH, single rider did not get me on any quicker I believe, as they kept this queue waiting to fill up 1/3/5 riders. Two train fulls loaded before this queue moved again. Luck of the draw, or could they have let 2 singles, one train row at least get on? Far too much 'metal shed' in Fearless Valley for such a good ride in contrast to other TP themed rides/areas. No Ghost train or Rumba Rapids. Parking ticket did not scan successfully....
Plus points to TP for allowing me to change at no cost, the dated visit for entry and car parking, generally well paced dispatches! Many friendly staff the day I visited. Apart from Hyperia water section, all effects I noticed were operational. Nemesis Inferno ran like it was on a mission that day..
Whilst some areas at TP still need some attention, for the advance ticket price I paid, a great day overall. Much better than my last Merlin park visit.
