I visited Vegas in 2008 & was some what disapointed with the quality of the Las Vegas coasters. Manhattan Express was probably one of the worst coasters I've ever ridden. The smoothest part of the ride was surprisingly the dive loop. Speed was closed when I went for rehab. Desperado was a fun coaster. It was a little rough but I enjoyed it & you get some air time on it. Surprisingly my favorite coaster in Vegas (not counting speed since it was closed) was Canyon Blaster in the Adventuredome. For an Arrow corkscrew it was very smooth & you didn't bang your head during the inversions. My favorite ride in general was the double shot on top of Stratosphere. That was an incredible S&S power tower. I love heights & it was breath taking to be that high & you get great airtime on it!
