Construction of the new inverted coaster is moving forward, the station building has started to go vertical



The park has also started to use the new park music in the two themes areas Route 66 and Expedition Lost Kingdoms.

They will, they are gonna do the whole park within 2024.

This spinning coaster has one of the most unispiring layouts. Even the colour scheme makes no sense with the theming they are going for.

Hopefully they'll do a better job with the Gerst inverted coaster, although the layout was nothing too special either.

Heh, it's pretty much the same layout as the old Dragen coaster. Nice throwback, if nothing else.

Tusenfryd just sent out an survey with concept arts of the new area and coaster for next year. We got a name "Storm the Dragon Legend"





We already got a small piece of this themed area, on one of the Coke freestyle booths you can see the same dragon symbol.

Yeah, that awkward style of English names would be more up Tusenfryd's alley to be honest. Bonus points if they use punctuation in a way that neither works in English nor Norwegian, for instance by omitting a comma so "Storm" is read as a verb and not a noun. "Dragen" would be a Norwegian name with a fun callback to a beloved former attraction, and we can't have that. Gotta be bad English instead.

Looks like they’re taking a lot of cues from Fury at Bobbejaanland when it comes to the presentation. Should be a nice addition for the park.

I expect them to announce the ride on Monday 8th, when they start selling annual passes for 2023.
They sent out a small tease in a newsletter a few days ago.


Yesterday TusenFryd had a Q&A on their Instagram, someone asked about if they will be doing more themes. The answer was yes, the whole park is going to be themed. They added a picture of a map of the park with all the zones which had some interesting details.


In zone 6, which is the viking area we can see there has been added a expansion of land to the right. It looks like they are going to use parts of the parking space. The half circle looks like a arena of some kind, maybe a permanent stunt show. The Burnout stuntshow that was here previous seasons was very popular.




Just above zone 2 in the woods behind the main restaurant it looks like there is a helix for a coaster. It looks like we might get another coaster in a few years.



Morgan Kane also looks like it´s getting an expansion




Zone 5, it might be just me, but it looks like it says Olympus. I think it would be a cool theme with Greek mythology in that part of the park, where the small water park is.



Some days ago Tusenfryd started to test single rider line on Spaceshot.
Hopefully this will add more single riders lines to the park.

From the colors of Thundercoaster, loopen and Western-Expressen i don't think that it is 100% confirmed that their new coaster will be blue. I think there is a possibility that Storm - The Dragon Legend will be red like on the concept art.

A very nice shade of blue though the red track definitely would've been preferred. Still, very exciting to see that track is finally on site. The idea of a suspended Gerstlauer is most intriguing!
