The park keep saying Exotic World and Tiki-Waka will open at the start of the season in Belgium, which is March 31st!

So one hour ago they put a video on their Facebook page showing us the last track that has been put on his place!

Walibi told us at the construction site that they are trying their best to open Tiki-Waka on March 31st!

No it's not the camera's angle and yes those planks ARE really there... Walibi confirmed on Twitter that those planks will be taken down. Personally I think it's to support that wooden structure.

They're temporary bracing to support the structure. It's fairly common practice on wooden structures. My guess is it lets them get the vertical posts up with some stability while the make the floor and connecting structure, which will eventually form the full strength.
