weirdly they now have an upcharge guaranteed ride time slot thing for 2.50 https://www.walibi.nl/en/tickets/yoy-guarantee#moreinfo

Not sure how i feel about this. It will really slow down the main queue, depending on how many people are in each time slot, but 2.50 is really cheap for a fast track for a brand new ride. I expect it will sell out, so i you're planning a visit, book ahead.

There won't be a loop if i'm correct. This would be the pathing, Goliaths plaza won't be the connecter, it's more towards the kids area they build there, it will finally remove the dead end though with a connection at the dead end near the rapids. Giving some nice views of Xpress

A path near the entrance of Condor to YoY has been build. There will be no connection between the rapids and YoY.

Is it just me that doesn't understand the theme/style/brand of this ride? The logo, entrance and trains look like they belong to completely separate rides...? Hopefully it all ties together as one complete package when it's complete. Just, for a duelling RMC single rail, the branding and styling isn't particularly doing anything to excite me.

The whole thing is quintessential Walibi Holland.

Does Untamed really make sense? How does the chilled music, Love signs and insect-themed train tie together? It doesn't, but who cares, it works.

YoY is just a mix of chill nature vibes, thrilling stuff, and everything in between.

I love it.

If we talk about branding, theming or styling, Walibi Holland never excites. It is just an ugly park with a weird taste in theming!

I don't mind a theme that isn't too literal and that makes you develop your own thoughts about it. Untamed for example, the LOVE sign together with the overgrown area gives me a feeling of a community hidden in the wilderness, it kinda works as a free theme for me. However on YoY every element of theming feels like it comes from a different time or a different dimension, so I agree I don't feel or understand it yet. Maybe when it is all finished it makes more sense.
