We're going in a few months but i was checking queue times today and its already died down a lot for Frozen. It was often a shorter wait than the likes of Crush (obviously), Ratatouille and Big Thunder Mountain. Assume it's the typical boat ride throughput monster easily exceeding 1000pph.

Did you get to see Olaf? I heard he only comes out randomly so you have to be quite lucky?

No, only saw him on the boat for the Celebration in Arandelle show, not sure if that's the same robot that can walk around or a different one that's stuck to the boat.

My #1 tip for the visit would be if you want to meet Anna & Elsa, check at the start of the day to see what times the virtual queue opens, and be ready at that time because the virtual queue fills up in seconds. Our virtual queue time was 250 mins (!) but once the time arrived there was zero actual queuing, we went straight in, and it was a top highlight of the trip for my 5 year old girl.

It's the same arrangement now for the Princess Pavillion in the main park, which is a huge improvement on my last visit when it had 2 hour+ queues!
