Well real or not this person is requesting information on the theme park industry and i feel obliged to help him as an enthusiast.
Theme parks can vary immensly in size, some are only the size of a few football pitches while others are more than 500 arces.
In the enthusiast community what matters is ride expirience, theming and atmosphere among other things. Usually the general public has a more blunt perception of what makes a good park and are often impressed by numerous inversions or visually impressive rides.
Unless you have a spare 500 million or so British pounds at your disposal i would not reccomend a roller-coaster on the scale of Griffon etc. If i had enough say, 17million pounds i would start with a few small rides which almost epitomise the deffinition of a theme park including a reputable well themed log-flume, a dark ride (a flat-tracked indoor ride where you slowly progress through different scenes and effects), some flat rides (like a pirate ship or a teacups ride) and perhaps one relatively large coaster. But also i think a great emphasis must be given to theming, overall attention to detail and landscaping.
And if this is a joke, the last laugh will always be had by me because i LOVE talking about theme parks
