Usually just cereal. (Which isn't on the list by the way!)

Has anyone ever had oatmeal squares? That is the most delicioius cereal EVER!
 
Usually 2 slices of toast with Vegemite and a glass of milk. If I'm at work it would be a Bacon & Egg Mcmuffin without the egg and OJ (or a bacon and egg roll without the egg if I'm in the mood)
 
Usually, I have bread (untoasted) with jam and brown cheese. Used to have (€R€@£$ (There's no way they can have banned THAT!) as evening meal, but I dropped it. Too much sugar, too little of everything else.
