Smoothest - Definitely Shambhala.
Roughest - Im gonna go with Colossus, gives me such a headache when I come off.

Roughest steel: Tornado (Bakken)
Smoothest wood: Joris en de Draak
Roughest wood: Wildcat (Lake Compounce)

Blur Fire is really smooth! Didn't experience a single vibration on it :) It's just that new B&M's are a bit smoother. It's hard to describe, but I found both Mamba and Krake to be more like flying in air than riding a coaster!

When did they put the new topper track on it? I think I'm leaning more towards Thunderhawk for this category.

^They did the topper track in the 2011-2012 off-season. It took me totally by surprise & was the coaster highlight of the USA Live (add-on) for me.

Roughest: Wild Beast (CW) killed my back.

^^Okay I went on in 2010 and wasn't that fond of it. I've been there since and just avoided it I'll have to give it whirl next time.

Smoothest Steel: Loads of B&Ms really, let's just say Behemoth. Blue Fire as well.
Smoothest Wood: All the Intamin prefab woodies

Roughest Steel: Space 2000 at Gyeoungju World
Roughest Wood: Hurler, though I can't remember which out of the two was worst

Smoothest steel- Millennium Force, probably.
Smoothest wood- El Toro. Feels like a steel coaster.

Roughest steel- Ninja @ SFoG jumps to mind.
Roughest wood- Either one of the Hurlers. Swamp Fox in Myrtle Beach wasn't much fun either.

Smoothest Steel - A toss up between Millennium Force and Tatsu. Both handle themselves very well under a lot of positive g-force.
Smoothest Wood - Thunderhead at Dollywood.

Roughest Steel - Gold Rusher at SFMM. I got thwacked in the face by a branch.
Roughest Wood - The Villain at Geauga Lake.

Smoothest steel - I think that probably goes to either GeForce or Silver Star (circa 2005).
Roughest steel - Any Boomerang, hateful things.

Smoothest wood - Balder.
Roughest wood - Coaster Express - Warner Madrid.

Smoothest wood: Collosos (Heidepark)

Roughest steel: probably Goudurix
Roughest wood: Anaconda => Rode it 16 times in 2009 (seemed to enjoy it for some macabre reason) and last year once, no way in my life i will go on that thing again.

smoothest wood: lightning racer
roughest wood: nothing comes close to mean streak

Smoothest is probably the temple of the nitehawk at phantasialand.

Roughest by miles is ghostrider at Knotts Berry.
