I've had something similar in my spreadsheet for a while. It includes every coaster that I've seen, but not ridden, so plenty of SBNO stuff and things I skipped on (mostly in the years before becoming an enthusiast), though for the sake of this topic, I'm following @JoshC.'s example.

Out of these, I'm a bit bothered that I never got to ride Sierra Tonante, as it was always this big striking woodie that I saw in the park, but I wasn't tall enough to ride before it got removed for good. I remember not taking the info of being too short to ride too well and ended up preventing my dad and cousin from riding it as well.

As for the other, Missing on Montu sucks, but I guess we never thought of checking the park's website before going. Jet Rescue and Green Lantern would've been fun to have, but likely wouldn't trouble any of my tops. I guess the worst was the triple Scandi whammy in 2022 when I got spited by Twister, Tornado and Rutschebahnen in the same week. Twister was down for an extended period, something that I only realized when I was in the park. Tornado was waiting for a part that wouldn't arrive until a few weeks after my stay in the area and Rutschebanen went down for some seemingly emergency maintenance just a few days before my visit.

I also track something similar in my sheet about potential things missed, be it my failings or unfortunate circumstances. Alongside my 2020 and 2024 entries they give never ending gripes. Who knew a bar chart could be so personal and hit so hard.

But to be clear missing out on Viking Roller Coaster at Energylandia whatever the reason is not a Spite, its a blessing. If anything it demonstrates good decision making. Yes @Rob Coasters I see it's at the bottom of your list but still.

I don't track "missing creds" in my spreadsheet, but I can reel off a similar table if I put my mind to it.

Off the top of my head, my complete table of current "missing creds" in parks I've visited while they were extant, for some reason or another, is as follows. To be as exhaustive as possible, I've included self-spites, such as kiddie coasters (which I don't generally ride as a grown up), and things I was too scared to ride as a young child. I have not included things that I missed on an earlier visit, but have now ridden; this is current "missing creds" only:

Why don't you do Kiddie Coasters out of interest

I don’t normally do kiddie coasters because I’ve had a variety of embarrassing experiences when doing them in the past, and while I would say that a +1 is a +1 that I’d be willing to do in the majority of cases, the embarrassment factor often puts me off doing kiddie coasters. I’ll do some of the bigger family coasters (e.g. Vekoma Rollerskaters, Zierer Tivolis), but I do normally tend to draw the line at tiny kiddie coasters, as a general rule.

That’s not to say I’ve done no kiddie coasters (even in 2024), but as a general rule, I don’t do them. I have occasional moments where I think “why don’t you do kiddie coasters again?”, and then I end up going on one and it makes me remember back to experiences like the ride host clearly struggling to not laugh at me and my mum on Octonauts, or me being the only adult on a train full of children and having my photo taken individually on Spook Express at Joyland in Great Yarmouth...

I haven't had embarrassing experiences on them yet but I'd be conscious of that too unless I was going with other friends. But as another no-kiddie creds team member checking in; there's also the factor of just fun, aka the same reason I don't go on classic loopers and such if I have any inkling they won't be fun. Most kiddie coasters aren't fun unless you're in a big group and joking around about it, or something.
