I hope it's not, and now we have the full layout I'm a little bit more confident that it might not be.

Oakwood Have Stated On Facebook that Megafobia is receiving a makeover for this season. Probably nothing, but they did end with "watch this space"... (I've changed the topic title as I think even they've given up on that Sleepy Hollow land thing)

I got one of them, not worth the long queue twice when there were so many other things to get on. The park has definitely out grown it though. I'm quite surprised it's up for sale, moving it to one of their smaller parks makes a lot of sense (unless of course the running costs are getting too...
