I think I'm going to wait for Hyperion to open, then visit. It then means that I can get all the creds done and spend more time whoring the :emoji_poop: out of the RMC and Hyperion on my next visit.

Surely they will open this thing before the end of Summer, even if it's only on days that Intamin feel are weather appropriate until they've completed their testing, whatever that is.

Likely. I spoke to a few construction workers and they all said August, though that could well be when their contract ends.

That first drop looks absolutely bonkers. Can't wait for this thing to start testing - it looks like construction is wrapping up.

Are they waiting on track to complete the turnaround? Certainly, there are other aspects of the coaster being worked on (electrical, housing, etc.), it just seems like they've avoided that section of the circuit for a while now.

Track was onsite a couple of weeks ago, I don't know why it hasn't been erected yet, they probably want a big song and dance around the last piece as well. Though it's surprising that they didn't try to cap the hill with the final piece.
