Guest dies after becoming unresponsive on Stardust Racers at Epic Universe

Visited Epic Universe on Monday and the park really needs this coaster open. We may visit again within the next week but I don’t see much chance of the coaster opening.

I do feel awful that a person has died but this is being blown out of proportion in my opinion, typical America though with these additional claims etc.

If the argument for Stardust being dangerous is that a guest could bash their head on the ride vehicle if they lose consciousness, the same could be said for sooooo many coasters with lap bars. Not just Macks.

Take a typical RMC. I went on Zadra the other day, and as we hit the final brake run I realised my head would almost certainly hit the hard surface of the row in front if I weren't conscious.

I think you're right, any even numbered row on Zadra would be lethal on the brake run if not conscious (I think there's probably enough space on an odd numbered row.) Oddly I always pick an even numbered row, for the very reason that I can reach the row in front to brace myself against on the brake run.
