Because Nikki Minge is **** and not very good and I do not neccessarily like Lady Gaga's actual songs, her intentions are nice I will reccomend something else that will fulfill your need to having bright colours and strangeness that Lady Gaga does and Alopecia Whore Twat Minge Face also does.
This week, Lain has redeemed himself massively, because I stole this album from him and have had it on repeat for much of the day.

The lyrics to the second one make me smile a little too much.
And if you thought you recognised it? Yes, that's one of my heroes wielding the sticks (and singing on the second link!)
This is Ticktockman I downloaded their first self titled album because I hard they were very similar to The Mars Volta, and while some of the influence is obvious, it's not exactly like The Mars Volta. This has a more classic rock sound and feel to it, and the vocalist sounds nice to me. Overall, not exactly like TMV, but close enough for me to love them, check um out

I LOVED Symphony X's last album, particularly the two slower tracks, and those may well have been beaten with this. Russell Allen has one HELL of a voice.
Meanwhile, as I'm having more mellow moments early in the day, I've also ordered Storm Corrosion's new album - the combination of Mikael Akerfeldt and Steven Wilson's never ended badly before - take this for an example. **** beautiful, I still can't believe it was only a bonus track.

Makes me miss Tokyo, not because J-Pop is any good; it's not. Just because this song was always playing in the clubs I used to go to and now I'm back in WreckScum
The new Keane album (Strangeland) came out this week. I sort of lost interest in them after Night Train as it was, to put it politely, shocking. Thankfully their more recent singles leading up to Strangeland have been a lot more musical, and the album itself is actually remarkably good! It's not quite as good as Hopes and Fears (although that might be my nostalgia-vision at work), but it's definitely up there. Miles better than Night Train, and much easier to listen to than Perfect Symmetry.
Probably my favourite track of the album. It's interesting to hear them writing about actual places. Don't think they've ever really done that before. Brilliant lyrics, though
Here is a nice find, This band is called M83 they are a dream pop/ Shoegaze band from france. They have a really nice sound, like they are stuck in the 80s, and there is nothing wrong with that. They have a couple of album, but I started with Saturday = Youth, which is supposed to be their best. Nothing else to really say anymore, just listen.
