Small News From The Theme Park Industry

Oaks Amusement Park in Portland, Oregon, will be selling season passes for the first time in the park's 121-year history. The 2026 passes come in two price tiers based on rider height: $74.45 for guests under 48 inches and $139.45 for those 48 inches and taller. Unlimited rides instead of purchasing tickets is always a good thing IMO. Source
 
It only took 15+ years, but Monster at Walygator Grand-Est is finally getting a paint job. Maybe a covered station could be next.

Today at approx 1600 Dragon Challenge (formerly Beastie ATR) at Barry Island derailed after climbing out the first drop valley after completing it's 1st Lap.
The ride stopped at the highest point and was evacuated swiftly, can't imagine it'll reopen anytime soon.
Shame we were in the queue for the next cycle too!
