Six Flags Qiddiya | Saudi Arabia | Theme Park

I mean… you can still purchase it on the website, it’s simply sold out on most days.
And the website makes it very clear that everything is unlimited.

I guess they want to capitalise on people not shelling out in advance without increasing the wait for FF even more. Or the website might be updated tomorrow, who knows.

Unless you're seeing something different to me, it's sold out on every possible date, this happened instantly at some point a few days ago.

Edit: looks like it's available on the 9th of Feb only

All other dates sold out

Edit2.5: Seems to be back and forth between being available and sold out on that date.

Would recommend the Metro / Bus method for getting to the park. Did it yesterday (Friday 23rd).

The Metro is super clean, safe, and easy to use. I arrived at Jeddah Road station at about 2pm. There is a comfortable waiting room for the bus, with toilets nearby.

Bus arrived outside the waiting room quite early. Staff sent us onto the bus at about 2.50pm. Bus left on time at 3:00pm. Bus was only half full, if that.

Once at Qiddiya, the bus made a stop at the Welcome Centre first, where we told we could get off if we wish (no one did, obviously). It then continued straight on to the park entrance — no need to switch buses!

Got off the bus and a short walk to park gates, arriving at the gates at 3.50pm — just before opening at 4.

As for Falcons Flight, it seemed to operate smoothly all day. I didn’t see any downtime. 4 train operation. I had the unlimited GoFast Pass, but the standby queue seemed to vary between 25-70 mins throughout the day. All other rides were basically walk-on.

And yes, it’s good. It takes your breath away. Not sure it’s my number 1 coaster, but worth the trip for sure.

Heading there again today!

For my own curiosity, how was the journey back?

Sounds like a better experience than since others have had, although I suppose you didn't get to work out the accuracy of the stated queue times.

I left the park a little early at about 11:30pm and there was a bus waiting right outside the park entrance back to Jeddah Road station. Jumped on it and again it was only half full. Once back at Jeddah Road, the Metro had stopped for the night, so ordered an Uber Black which arrived right away. First experience in an Uber here — driver was ok but the roads are mayhem! Was glad to arrive safely back at the hotel. 😅 Will probably leave early again tonight as my flight home is in the morning. Currently sat in the bus waiting room again.

Air France, British Airways, Lufthansa, KLM, and several other Western Europeans airlines have begun to cancel flights tonight and over the weekend to and from Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates, citing the “security situation” in the Middle East.

This is incorrect.

No flights from London to Riyadh, Doha or Tel Aviv were cancelled yesterday, nor are any today or tomorrow so far.

One flight of dozens to UAE was cancelled which suggests it was unrelated.

I've looked at several other European cities and can see barely any more cancellations beyond what you would typically expect for some of the busiest airport hubs in the world.

Park is dead today. Hardly anyone here - and it’s a Saturday. Those that are here are in the queue for Falcons which is on 45 mins (it was closed for the first 3 hours but has opened now). Everything else is on one train and still walk-on. Falcons is only running two trains today, and only one side of the station.

How’s reliability been once it’s been up

Does seem like half term was the issue and the park couldn't handle the capacity whereas now it's dead?

Very strange that the Fast passes are "sold out" every day despite it being walk on the past 2 days...

I think it’s purely down to the chaos it caused during half term. Speaking to some staff they confirmed this

I wonder if they’ve introduced a cap on sales?

A new park, particularly one in a country that’s never had a major park before, is always going to have teething problems and growing pains. Look at Epic Universe, and that was in Orlando and operated by a very experienced operator!

So what I will say, is with the park quiet , ops have been fantastic on everything, staff are super friendly and helpful and most importantly, falcons has been up all day on a walk on. If you want to come, come on a week day!

But you're there at the weekend...
