Ha.

I'm guessing the faster speed still wouldn't be enough to produce substantial air (floater or other)? Based on the reactions of others... and the pic, of course.

But yeah, that's massively long.
 
Not been on Ka so don't know whether it produces airtime or not. But Stealth which's a similar ride (although obviously not as big) provides plenty of air on the hill!

So it's definitely possible to design a "speed hill" with airtime! Only time will tell whether Leviathan will have airtime or not..

Um, I don't think I've felt "Plenty" of airtime on that hill, you feel a SPLIT second before the brakes, far from plenty.

Also, "Which's". Just, what? Do you mean Which is? Which's is grammatically incorrect. Sorry to be a dick, but, yeah!
 
^Yea, which is. Sorry for not being a native Englishman :wink: And strange about thar airtime hill on Stealth.. I've only been to Thorpe once, but rode Stealth 7 or 8 times in total I think. And I hade ejector airtime on every singel ride over that hill! Maybe it was running particularly well that day than?
 
You get ejector on the hill because it hits the brakes right on the crest. The upward motion and then sudden braking cause you to lift out of your seat.
 
Yeh it's a kind of throwing you forwards because of the brakes but at the same time the train pulls down you get pinned against the awful restraints. </3

It's still a fab ride tho <3
 
Maybe it's cause I'm skinny, but I get airtime on Ka on the speed hill, or maybe it's the fact I just sit in the front every time because it's more fun, and 200000x smoother than anywhere else lol.
 
^ Yeah, I've gotten a bit of airtime too on KK's second hill.
Its not anything strong, but its long and really cool because you are going so fast.
That could be more the case with Leviathan ......
its not going to be anything strong (over that speed curve/airtime whatever) ........
its just going to be normal gentle airtime, but its going to be cool because you are going so fast.

I'm sorry, but, looks can be very deceiving. As everyone has stated, soon as you feel anything to do with Airtime the force of being thrown forwards into the brakes minimises it!
 
^ OH I know that it doesn't really have any airtime, I have been on it. I was just saying that it looks like it's got loads from that angle.
 
I'm sorry but I rode Stealth and there was barely if at all any airtime, the ride is about quick acceleration and speed not airtime. I'm think Leviathan will have more airtime than this...not as much as Behemoth but more than ka and stealth.

Anyho found this RCT3 recreation of Leviathan. Having never played the game I have no clue if its good or bad so feel free to tear it to pieces

Why are you posting them, just for the sake of it? We know the layout, it really is a POINTLESS post!


Just out of curiosity, when is the Competition ride? As in the winners going to ride it as I'm guessing that'll be about a week or so before launch of ride? (for media purposes).
 
^^For rct3 it's quite good (not sure about the shaping of the first element though) and as for nolimits...its excellent as usual.

However, Canada's wonderland's official Pov trumps them both:

I believe it was mentioned in a video posted a while back which I am too lazy to find. If I remember correctly its supposed to cover from the back of the station all the way over under the track till it hits the go-karts. It raps around front to the stairs up to the station platform. They also have plenty of space under the break run to use. I can't imagine it being a very long queue, Behemoth's is short and moves pretty quickly with the 3 trains.

The area in front of the station is to be left empty to create a courtyard.
